We built the SEO agency we wished existed
The SEO industry has earned its bad reputation. Guarantees that mean nothing, reports full of numbers that never touch revenue, hidden markups, and juniors learning on your budget. We started We Are Performance to be the opposite of all of it.
Most business owners we meet have been burned by an SEO agency before, or they’re afraid of being burned. So they avoid SEO, or they default to the cheapest quote. Neither gets them anywhere.
The real problem in this industry is not skill. It’s trust. So we built the whole agency around one idea: making our work verifiable. You should never have to take our word for it. You should be able to see it, every month, in the numbers that matter to your business.
We’re built on three principles
1. SEO has to drive business outcomes
We build organic growth around the numbers that decide whether the work paid off: qualified enquiries, pipeline, and revenue. Traffic and rankings matter, but only as steps toward those. If a page ranks and brings nothing to the business, it hasn’t done its job.
2. Do the few things that actually matter
There is always more you could do in SEO than budget allows.
